Many people are sensitive to gluten and don’t realize it.  It can cause a lot of gut damage without you being aware of it.
Gluten is in a different form today than it was in the days of our parents and grandparents, which is why many can’t tolerate it today when it wasn’t an issue in the past.

  1. Improved Digestion: If you experience bloating, gas, or abdominal pain, eliminating gluten might help. Many people report better digestion and reduced gastrointestinal symptoms after cutting out gluten. It’s worth a try for 3 weeks to see!

Focus on whole foods like vegetables, fruits, grass fed proteins, and naturally gluten-free grains like quinoa and rice.You may not know that many skin care and beauty products, as well as supplements, contain gluten. You have to learn to check labels for EVERYTHING.
  3. Medical Advice: Always consult your holistic healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes. They can help determine if going gluten-free is right for you, especially if you suspect a gluten-related disorder. Remember that traditional doctors have little to no training in nutrition.

Here are some simple yet effective tips for maintaining a non-toxic environment in your home:
 
Choose Natural Cleaning Products: Opt for eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products free from harmful chemicals like ammonia, chlorine, and synthetic fragrances. Look for plant-based alternatives that are gentle on both your health and the environment. I use Thieves Household Cleaner for all my cleaning, diluted at different levels for the need. It is super concentrated, and it works effectively for everything! (link below)
 
Purify the air: Improve indoor air quality by incorporating houseplants, using air purifiers, and opening windows regularly to allow fresh air to circulate. Plants like spider plants, peace lilies, and snake plants not only add beauty to your home, but also help remove toxins from the air. We use the AirDoctor room purifier and find it very effective.
